Refund Policy

      Local

A half deposit of the total order value is required to confirm a local order. The remaining balance (full payment) is required once the lumber is loaded into the truck prior to delivery to clients.

Clients are eligible for a full refund if they cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Once timber procurement or cutting has commenced for a custom order, cancellations are subject to a processing fee. No refunds will be issued once the cutting order is substantially complete.

International Timber Exports

A half deposit of the total order value is required to confirm an international timber export order and initiate the processing, timber acquisition, and preliminary logistics arrangements.

The remaining balance (full payment) is required once the lumber is loaded into the container at the port, prior to vessel departure and Bill of Lading issuance.

Cancellation After Half Deposit (Before Lumber Processing/Loading).

If a client cancels an export order after paying the half deposit but before the lumber is loaded into the container, the deposit is generally non-refundable. This deposit covers initial costs incurred by RUKEDY, including timber acquisition, processing, initial logistics arrangements, and administrative overhead.

Shipping Confirmation.

For every shipment, particularly for our export clients, we take an extra step to ensure your confidence. Before the timber is dispatched, we will provide you with the completed Quality Assurance Checklist and request your signature for final shipping confirmation. This means you have a clear record and your explicit approval of the timber's quality and specifications before it begins its journey.

Transfer Of Responsibility.

Once your timber order has been loaded into the container and departs from the port of origin, responsibility for the shipment transfers immediately to the client. This means that all risks of loss or damage to the goods, as well as any costs incurred from that point onwards, become the client's responsibility.
